Terms of Service

Last updated: April 9, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Pocket Ledger ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

What the App Does

Pocket Ledger is a local-first expense tracking app. It stores your data on your device. We provide the software as-is for personal use.

Your Data

You own your data. All expense entries are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your financial data. If you delete the app, your data is permanently gone — we cannot recover it.

In-App Purchases

Some features require a one-time Pro purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests must go through Apple.

Acceptable Use

Use the App for its intended purpose: personal expense tracking. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that your data will be preserved in all circumstances (e.g., device failure, OS updates).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Copilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Changes

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
